We, Juwelier Pernter SAS, care about the privacy of our customers and we treat the personal data of our customers confidential and in compliance to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) N. 679/2016. We inform you according to the GDPR as follows:

1. Collecting and use of personal data to handle contracts and creating new customer accounts in our online shop
At the moment you get in touch with us trough the contact methods of our online shop (contact form, telephone or eMail), we collect your personal data which you voluntarily provide to us in order to fullfill your requests or orders in compliance to Art. 6 par. 1 p. 1 lett. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can register in our online shop in order to use additional functions on our website. The data provided will only be used for the purpose of the usage of the individual offer or services you registered for. The mandatory information is marked by a little star and must be fully provided for the registration. Otherwise we will refuse to register you. After the contract has completed or your customer account has been deteted, your data will be treated restrictedly for further processing and at the end deleted after the tax and retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can done by a message to the contact options described above.

2. Diffusion of personal data
The personal data collected by us will not be disclosed to third parties. For the adherence of the sales contract in accordance with art.6 par.1 pag.1 lett. b of the EU Regulation we pass on the necessary data for the shipment of the ordered items to the express courier company BRT S.p.A., Filiale di Bolzano, Via Toni Ebner 16, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Tel. 0471 502746. In addition, based on the payment method chosen by you in the order process, we pass the data to the credit institution (PayPal), in order to complete the payment online. PayPal also collects personal data, as you are registered with PayPal and have a valid PayPal account. In this case, in order to be able to complete the payment during the order process, you will have to log-in to the website of the credit institution. For this step, the privacy statement of the credit institution is in force.

3. Storage time of personal data
We save your personal data to make possible the continuous use of our services. Your personal data will be saved the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or within the time prescribed by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

4. Cookie information
Our online Shop doesn't use cookies, but sessions. Sessions are created when visiting our online shop. The session ends automatically when the browser-session is terminated.

5. Your rights
You have the following rights to the personal data concerning you:
 - right of information,
 - right of rectification or erasure,
 - right of restriction of processing,
 - right of object to the processing,
 - Right of data portability.
You also have the right to complain to us about the processing of your personal data by a data protection supervisory authority.
