Free shipping on all orders over 300,00 Euro in all EU-countries!

For shipping in all other EU-countries wich are not listened above please eMail us for shipping fees: info@juwelierpernter-shop.com - Please note that we don't ship to Swiss.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that there is somebody at the shipping address to receive the parcel! We always advise to leave your phone number so the courier can get in touch with you if there should be problems with the supply of your parcel.

All our items are in stock (if not otherwise specified in the item description) and we ship immediately after the payment comes in!

We ship from Italy (South Tirol), so there are no toll fees to pay for shipments towards EU-countries.

We supply exclusively in all EU countries with insured shipment by Courier Service BRT in collaboration with DPD. You'll find the shipping charges for all countries in the list right above.

Delivery times

Our experience shows that your order will be at destination within 4 or 5 days. However, delivery times not depend on us.
We treat all orders with absolute priority and we ship as fast as possible as soon as the payment comes in.

After the order has been shipped you can check the course package online under www.bartolini.it (The page can also be displayed in English).
